The President's Honorary Citation

Dr. Karsten Jacobsen (Commisiion I ) for his contribution as chairman of WG I/5 "Geometric modelling of optical spaceborne sensors and DEM generation", particulary for organising meetings on working group activities.
and to
Prof.Dr. Christian Heipke (Commision IV) for his contribution to the advancement of science as chair of WG IV/3, "Automated geo-spatial data acquisition and mapping". He has organised meetings and edited a theme issue of the ISPRS Journal on Digital Aerial Cameras.
