Research Training Group 2159 "Integrity and Collaboration in Dynamic Sensor Networks" (i.c.sens)
How can the trustworthiness autonomous systems (self-driving cars, service robots) be ensured so that they do not pose a threat to humans? And how can the signals of different sensors of such systems be used to achieve this? The PhD students of the Research Training Group i.c.sens are researching these problems.
The Research Training Group is funded by the German Research Foundation since December 2016 with 9 doctoral positions and one postdoctoral position and offers its fellows a structured research and doctoral program.
